1. Order Cancellation
🛍️ Before Dispatch:
✅ Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them for a full refund.
🚫 Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
📦 After Dispatch:
❌ Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement under our Return & Refund Policy.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

💳 Step 3: If eligible, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
💰 Payment Reversal: If your order is canceled within the eligible timeframe, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
📆 Processing Time: Refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
🚫 Orders that have been processed and shipped.
🚫 Customized or special orders.
🚫 Bulk orders exceeding a certain quantity.
